Gabriela is studying the foraging activity, diet and and habitat use of different size classes of the blackear wrasse, Halichoeres poeyi, in rocky shores of South-western Brazil. The main interest of her research is to know whether the variation in morphology and social behaviour during development, well know for Halichoeres spp., may influence the ecology of individuals of different sizes of H. poeyi.
